Membership FAQs
Wear clean, comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Clean, closed toed shoes are required unless you are in the Mind and Body studio, locker rooms, or pool area. Shirts are required. If you don’t have anything to wear and are going shopping, visit our Proshop or Universal Athletics and receive a 10% discount!

Type in the zip code of the city you are traveling to below and you can go to the listed clubs at a free or reduced rate. Just show your Ridge barcode to the participating club or pick up an IHRSA Passport card from membership.
Read MoreYes! Guests 14 and older can come in with a member at a discounted rate of $10 (normally $15). If the guest is 3-13 years old, they are just $5. If your guest is interested in membership, we have a Refer A Friend program as well.

If you are within your obligation, you may cancel your membership for moving or medical reasons, or you may transfer your membership to another person. Read MoreYes! You can freeze your membership if you are out of town for vacation or for medical purposes. We can suspend your dues for up to six months within a year. Freeze fees do apply, and the suspension cannot be retroactive. Visit the membership department to put your membership on hold.
