Membership FAQs

Wear clean, comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Clean, closed toed shoes are required unless you are in the Mind and Body studio, locker rooms, or pool area. Shirts are required. If you don’t have anything to wear and are going shopping, visit our Proshop or Universal Athletics and receive a 10% discount!

Yes! Guests 14 and older can come in with a member at a discounted rate of $10 (normally $15). If the guest is 3-13 years old, they are just $5. If your guest is interested in membership, we have a Refer A Friend program as well.

All cancellations require a written notice and must be received 30 days prior to intended termination date. If you are within your obligation, you may cancel your membership for moving or medical reasons, or you may transfer your membership to another person. Early termination fees apply for moving and transfers. Visit our membership department to cancel.

No. You can purchase an executive locker in addition to your regular dues, or you can purchase an executive membership. Visit the membership department to find out pricing and availability.

You can upgrade and downgrade your membership at any time. A single membership upgrading to a couple/family membership will be assessed a $75 processing fee if still within the 12 month obligation.  If you have met your obligation date, upgrading to a couple/family membership is $25.  Membership downgrades within a 12 month obligation are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Yes! You can freeze your membership if you are out of town for vacation or for medical purposes. We can suspend your dues for up to six months within a year. Freeze fees do apply, and the suspension cannot be retroactive. Visit the membership department to put your membership on hold.
