• I have a Sports Medicine degree from Montana State.
• I specialize in Cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility for all ages.
• My passion in life is snow skiing, but I also am an avid bicyclist and mountaineer.
• I love creating programs for people to help them stay or become active.
• In 2002 I volunteered at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake. I worked at several events including the downhill, super G, and alpine.
• On March 18th 2009 I was caught in an avalanche and severed my quadriceps tendon from the knee. This injury and rehabilitation process has given me an extensive knowledge of the knees as well as the mental aspect of recovering from an injury.
