Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana I grew up playing football, basketball and baseball. I continued to play baseball and basketball through High School before moving to Bozeman to attend Montana State University.
After joining the Ridge as a member in 2002 my outlook on fitness changed from just playing daily pick-up games of basketball to being excited about all facets of health and fitness, which is why I decided to become a personal trainer.
My training style is motivational without being aggressive, and I always try to keep things fun and interesting by incorporating different equipment and exercises. I’m constantly reading about new techniques and I always pass what I learn on to my clients. I believe that my job is to not only have you perform the exercises, but also explain why they are beneficial to you. I enjoy working with people of all ages, sizes, and abilities.
