Over my 13 year career I have held almost every national level certification.  In doing this, I found my passion lies in coaching athletes.  My training style is very creative and unconventional.  I like to incorporate kettlebells, Olympic lifts, and metabolic conditioning into workouts in order to push my clientele physically and mentally.  I direct the Ridge Velocity program, the dominant sports specific program in the area.  I excel in large group (team) training as well as one on one personal training.  If you want to lose 15 pounds and talk about your day, then I’m not a good fit.  Do you want see what you are really capable of?  Let me show you!
