Kwik Kore - Byrdeen (5:30 am - 5:45 am)

15 minute classes are designed to provide muscle balance & strength for all core muscles: abs, back, pelvis, shoulder girdle & neck.




Power Pump** - Byrdeen (5:45 am - 6:30 am)

A total body workout through the use of barbells and dumbbells.  Monthly workouts rotate through strength or endurance routines to keep the body challenged.  Intro is required if no prior free-weight experience.  Participants must sign up prior to each class.

A quick, efficient 30 minute core strengthening workout that will tighten and tone core muscles, while improving functional strength.




Multi Level Pilates - Dana (8:45 am - 9:30 am)

In this multi-level class, a variety of intensity options are given.  Strengthen while stretching and stabilizing your powerhouse muscles: abs, gluteals, and low back muscles.  This class will improve alignment, coordination and balance.  Intro to Pilates is recommended for beginners.




Cycle/Pump - Lana (9:00 am - 10:00 am)

This class involves intervals of cycling and strength using hand held weights.  It ends with stretching.




Senior Fit - Elaine (9:00 am - 9:45 am)

This class focuses on improving functional skills required for everyday activities.  Exercises are varied from class to class & may include cardio, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Beginners are welcome!




Cardio Party - Tara (9:05 am - 10:00 am)

  This is one party you don’t want to miss!  This class is a fusion of fast and slow dance rhythms designed to tone your body and increase your cardio fitness while having a great time!




Multi-Level Yoga - Tammy (10:00 am - 11:00 am)

Increase your strength, flexibility and stamina with an active yoga practice!  A variety of options are given throughout the class to allow individual participants to work at an intensity level that's right for them.  Know your limits and expand your potential!  Yoga Intro and/or Level I Yoga is recommended for beginners.

Gentle Yoga - Nancy (10:30 am - 11:30 am)

This class moves at a slower pace focusing on gentle repetitive movement for range of motion and joint mobilization.  It is especially recommended for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, physical limitations or anyone preferring to simply move at a slower pace.  All levels are welcome and modifications are provided.  Please inform the instructor if you have physical concerns.

In this multi-level class, a variety of intensity options are given.  Strengthen while stretching and stabilizing your powerhouse muscles: abs, gluteals, and low back muscles.  This class will improve alignment, coordination and balance.  Intro to Pilates is recommended for beginners.

 A quick, efficient 30 minute core strengthening workout that will tighten and tone core muscles, while improving functional strength.

 A Latin-inspired, dance/fitness class.  It combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  It’s fun, it’s different, it’s easy, it’s effective!

SilverSneakers® MSROM - Rebecca (10:00 am - 10:45 am)

This class offers something for everyone, regarless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance, resulting in your ability to stay healthy and maintain your independence.  A chair is available for seated and/or standing support, stretching, and relaxation.




Zumba - Keri (12:00 - noon - 12:50 - noon)

 A Latin-inspired, dance/fitness class.  It combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  It’s fun, it’s different, it’s easy, it’s effective!




Level 1 Yoga - Christine (12:10 - noon - 1:00 pm)

 Beginners welcome! This class focuses on the basic poses of yoga and moves at a slower pace than the Multi-level practice.   Detailed instruction is given on alignment, breath control, and functional movement.  This class is especially informative for those who are new to yoga. Expect to increase your flexibility and enhance your relaxation response.  Modifications are provided.
