Cycle Burn - Byrdeen (5:45 am - 6:30 am)

A perfect blend of strength and cardio through basic martial arts moves & training drills, such as jogging & jacks.

This class focuses on the basic poses of yoga and moves at a slower pace than the Multi-level practice.   Detailed instruction is given on alignment, breath control, and functional movement.  This class is especially informative for those who are new to yoga. Beginners welcome!  This class focuses on the basic poses of yoga and moves at a slower pace than the Multi-Level practice.  Detailed instruction is given on alignment, breath control, and functional movement.  This class is especially informative for those who are new to yoga.  Expect to increase your flexibility and enhance your relaxation response.  Modifications are provided.

Kwik Kore - Byrdeen (5:30 am - 5:45 am)

15 minute classes are designed to provide muscle balance & strength for all core muscles: abs, back, pelvis, shoulder girdle & neck.




Power Pump** - Byrdeen (5:45 am - 6:30 am)

A total body workout through the use of barbells and dumbbells.  Monthly workouts rotate through strength or endurance routines to keep the body challenged.  Intro is required if no prior free-weight experience.  Participants must sign up prior to each class.




CX WORX - Jen (8:30 am - 9:00 am)

A quick, efficient 30 minute core strengthening workout that will tighten and tone core muscles, while improving functional strength.




Multi Level Pilates - Dana (8:45 am - 9:30 am)

Strengthen while stretching your powerhouse muscles: abs, gluteals and lower back. Help improve alignment, coordination and balance.Variety of intensity options given for beginner to advanced.  Props can also be used in this class.




Cycle/Pump - Lana (9:00 am - 10:00 am)

This class involves intervals of cycling and strength using hand held weights.  It ends with stretching.




Cardio Party - Tara (9:05 am - 10:00 am)

  This is one party you don’t want to miss!  This class is a fusion of fast and slow dance rhythms designed to tone your body and increase your cardio fitness while having a great time!




Senior Fit - Elaine (9:05 am - 9:50 am)

This class focuses on improving functional skills required for everyday activities.  Exercises are varied from class to class & may include cardio, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Beginners are welcome!

Meets in the gymnasium.

Increase your strength, flexibility and stamina with an active yoga practice!  A variety of options are given throughout the class to allow individual participants to work at an intensity level that's right for them.  Know your limits and expand your potential!  Yoga Intro and/or Level I Yoga is recommended for beginners.

A quick, efficient 30 minute core strengthening workout that will tighten and tone core muscles, while improving functional strength.




Peak Alignment - Clete (12:10 - noon - 1:00 pm)

This mat based class will teach you to decrease stress on your joints by applying alignment priciples to every activity.

An indoor cycling class based on outdoor terrain. Rides are categorized as endurance, interval, all terrain, strength, and race day.  Monthly schedule is posted at cycling room. Please bring water and a towel.  Sign-up is required prior to class.
This class is 1/2 hour long and full energy the entire time.

This class offers something for everyone, regarless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance, resulting in your ability to stay healthy and maintain your independence.  A chair is available for seated and/or standing support, stretching, and relaxation.




Gentle Yoga - Teri (10:30 am - 11:30 am)

This class moves at a slower pace focusing on gentle repetitive movement for range of motion and joint mobilization.  It is especially recommended for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, physical limitations or anyone preferring to simply move at a slower pace.  All levels are welcome and modifications are provided.  Please inform the instructor if you have physical concerns.
