RIDGE VELOCITY

Results Driven-Sports Specific Training. A scientifically designed performance enhancement program, developed with the athlete's dynamic sprint speed, funtional quickness, explosive power, and overall confidence in mind.

Ideal for youth, high school, college and professional level athletes.

FAMILY & KIDS YOGA

Children learn how to build their brain & bodies through FUN progressive yoga classes that teach balance & coordination, strength, flexibility, confidence & manners. All classes are held on TUESDAYS. PRESCHOOL Yoga (age 3-6) @ 11-11:30am OR 3:45-4:15pm. MOMMY & ME Yoga @ 12-1:00pm. BIG KIDS Yoga @ 4:15-4:45pm, FAMILY YOGA CLASS @ 6:30-7:30pm. JAZZ DANCE WORKOUT

JAZZ DANCE WORKOUT with Rena Easton: Classes are held on Saturdays from 11-12:15pm in the Bridger Studio. Pre-register: $40 members, $50 non-members. OR Drop-in: $13. Please call ahead to make sure session is current before dropping in. (If minimum pre-registration is not met, session may be canceled.) SPRING SESSION:APRIL 5TH-19TH.

 
 

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

YOGA FOR ATHLETES: Classes start Feb 5th & are on-going. Tuesdays @ 8:30-9:45am in the Mind Body Studio. No pre-registration. Drop-ins only. Only $5 for members & $10 for non-members. For more information call Julie @ the Ridge: 586-1737 or Instructor Margaret Burns Vap: 587-2390.

 
 

PRE-NATAL YOGA

Monday's at 5:15pm. Each session runs 4 weeks and includes 1 class per week. Classes are 1 hour long and payment is required prior to the start of class. The cost is $40 per session for members and $50 for non-members, or a drop-in fee of $13 per class. A medical release from you doctor is required for pregnant moms prior to participation. Check with the front desk for the start of the next session & prior to dropping-in to confirm that the session is running. A safe, non-intimidating environment for those that are serious about weight loss. Includes metabolic testing, to determine your individual needs, one-on-one personal training, and one-on-one nutritional counseling. Not just a program a lifestyle change.
